  • I've been dieting for a while now. Since I was 12. I've had a hard time accepting my body and living in it and feeling happy. I've decided to jump on the band wagon and change that. One day at a time....I'm 5'5".
    My highest weight was 167 lbs.
    For this weight loss blog though, my starting weight was 153
    My ultimate goal is 120 to 125 lbs. I have reached my goal weight, as of Jan. 2012!
    I just want to be healthy and successful!! Follow me if you want the same thing. :) //

Current weight: 121.2

I took a break from working out for about 2 weeks. Yikes. BUT I started last week running again.

My knee is in bad shape though. I notice, every time I wear heels is when it gets really bad. Despite the knee pain, I’ve still kept running, only this time with a brace. As soon as I finish I stretch and ice up.

I weighed in this morning at 121.2.

I feel bad that I don’t update this blog like I should. I have followers and I should be more dedicated to posting things that will help them. Posting also helps me so…I need to do more of it.

Life has been pretty busy/crazy. If you follow my everyday, normal blog you’ll see that.

I will post more here. Not just pictures but actually words!
