Current weight: 121.2
I took a break from working out for about 2 weeks. Yikes. BUT I started last week running again.
My knee is in bad shape though. I notice, every time I wear heels is when it gets really bad. Despite the knee pain, I’ve still kept running, only this time with a brace. As soon as I finish I stretch and ice up.
I weighed in this morning at 121.2.
I feel bad that I don’t update this blog like I should. I have followers and I should be more dedicated to posting things that will help them. Posting also helps me so…I need to do more of it.
Life has been pretty busy/crazy. If you follow my everyday, normal blog you’ll see that.
I will post more here. Not just pictures but actually words!
