I've been dieting for a while now. Since I was 12. I've had a hard time accepting my body and living in it and feeling happy. I've decided to jump on the band wagon and change that. One day at a time....I'm 5'5".
My highest weight was 167 lbs.
For this weight loss blog though, my starting weight was 153
My ultimate goal is 120 to 125 lbs. I have reached my goal weight, as of Jan. 2012!
I just want to be healthy and successful!! Follow me if you want the same thing. :) //
